Creative Tots

Course Description: Young creative souls explore materials and artwork with the purist intentions that follow no rules. The tots play beside parents, grandparents or caregivers and discover art together.

 

Drawing and Painting

Ages: 7 - 13

Course Description: This course is for those young artists who are looking for instruction beyond that of the typical classroom. They will develop their basic skills and learn many new techniques; all taught in a fun and motivating environment.

 

Mixed Media

Ages: 6 - 10

Course Description: Children will explore their imagination with creative, fun-filled projects. They will experience a wide range of media that will introduce basic techniques and skills to make great art.

 

Portfolio Development

Ages: 13 -17

Course Description: Portfolios are a necessity when applying to specialized art programs in high school, college and university. A variety of course projects, skill development and exposure to a wide range of materials will make the portfolio process come with ease.

 

Teen Pottery

Ages: 13 - 17
Spring Course Dates: Week of April 15 - June 8
Course Times: Tuesday 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Course Fee: $245, includes one bag of clay, glazing & firing
Members' Course Fee: $220.50, includes one bag of clay, glazing & firing

Course Description: This pottery class is geared for older youths and teens. The course will focus on experimental and expression of individuality while working with clay. Teens will do plenty of wheel work and hand building, working on age appropriate projects, in an atmosphere of like minded peers. Join the club!

Course Description: This creative course focuses on the experimentation and expression of individuality through pottery. Students will be able to feel the magic of throwing their own pots as well as learning hand building techniques and sculpture. All materials used are non-toxic and environmentally friendly.

 

Afterschool Creative Souls

Course Description: Join us for our after school program that will concentrate on the principals and elements of Drawing and Painting. Students will be able to unwind in a fun and eciting creative way. They will develop their basic skills and learn many new tehniques that go beyond that of a typical classroom.
